Our Labeling Equipment & Technology
Our technology allows us to print our labels digitally, flexographically, or both on our state-of-the-art hybrid press.
Our hybrid press allows for faster turnaround times, shorter run lengths, variable data applications, and the option of having multiple versions of labels. Strategic run lengths allow for different product line extensions, without incurring the high costs of plate-making and make ready that are associated with the runs.
Our technology offers the capability to print small type. It also can print on the adhesive side of the label, which is extremely beneficial for peel-away labels. Such technology allows for you to ensure you are providing all the requirements for your product, based on Government regulations.
Our software calibrates to our presses colour and can accurately predict how brand colours will look like on the completed label.
With variable data, we can offer customized product information that allows for product differentiation and assists in inventory tracking systems. In the Cannabis packaging industry, this is beneficial when lot numbers, dates and batch numbers, as well as printing randomization of warnings labels.
